Full Job Description

We are looking for Customer service representatives who will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries by telephone, email or chat to provide problem solutions. You will be responsible to resolve routine and basic problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer. You will be responsible to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Following up to ensure resolutions, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and following communication procedures, guidelines and policies. You must be willing to go the extra mile to assist and engage with customers. You must enjoy interacting with customers and be motivated to provide great service, good product knowledge is required, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Consultants must demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional interactions with customers no matter the situation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 11
  • Experience in a call Centre environment
  • A high-end retail experience like Woolworths, Hub, Edgars etc
  • 6-12 Months of experience
  • Good Command of the English language
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to multi-task
  • Neutral Accent/Verbal skills
