SALARY : R1 fifty seven 326 per annum. (Level 13) (An all-inclusive remuneration package) The
package consists of a simple revenue (70% of package) and a bendy component that

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificates and an undergraduate qualification in Fire Technology/Development Studies/Public Administration or equal (at NQF
Level 7) as diagnosed with the aid of SAQA. 5-10 years’ ride at center
management in Fire Services and/or Disaster Management. A legitimate driver’s
licence. The profitable candidate is predicted to journey extensively. Core competencies: Strategic ability and leadership. People administration and empowerment. Programme and assignment management. Financial management. Change management. Technical competencies: Legislation, Regulations,
Policies and Standards applicable to Fire Services and/or Disaster Management
functions in South Africa.
DUTIES : The incumbent will be anticipated to operate the following duties: Oversee the
development, implementation, evaluate and reveal techniques and frameworks
for the Fire Brigade Services Act, 1987 and different associated insurance policies and techniques
nationally. Oversee fireplace offerings compliance administration and capability
building associated processes. Oversee country wide furnace offerings buildings to make sure
efficient country wide coordination of furnace services, such as the Fire Brigade Board
(FBB), National Fire Services Advisory Committee (NAFSAC), etc. Oversee the establishment of partnerships for furnace provider nationally, locally and internationally.
