REQUIREMENTS : A applicable three (3) tertiary in Transport/ Fleet Management. A legitimate driver’s
licence. One (1) yr practical trip in Fleet/ Transport Management
services. Knowledge: Procurement, servicing, operation, upkeep and
repair of county vehicles, Methods, materials, equipment and tools used in
maintenance and restore of vehicles, Practices and methods worried in
researching, evaluating and buying vehicles, gear and supplies,
Diagnostic manner for vehicles, Operation, principle and ideas of gas
and diesel-powered engines, Public Service regulations, operations, insurance policies
and objective, Policies and targets assigned packages and activities,
Inventory practices and procedures, Principles and practices of administration,
Oral and written conversation skills, Interpersonal abilities the use of tact, sufferers
and courtesy, Operation of a pc and assigned software, Technical
aspects of filed and speciality. Skills: Communication, Coordination, Planning
and organising, Report writing, Computer, Monitoring and evaluation, Time
management.
DUTIES : Conduct inspection on Provincial Fleet vehicles. Enforce compliance on
Provincial Fleet operations, Perform protection of fleet automobiles at the
Province. Perform standard administrative challenge in admire of fleet operations.
